تعتزم شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط الإعلان عن المشروع المذكور أعلاه للتأهيل المسبق وذلك لجميع الاعمال الهندسة والتوريدات والتركيبات لإنشاء خط الغاز المسال بين مستودع الغاز والرصيف البحري طبرق بطول حوالي (4110.5 متر). وذلك حسب مجال العمل الذي يتلخص في البنود التالية:

1. الأعمال الهندسية والتصاميم.

2. الأعمال المدنية مثل الاعمال المساحية والاعمال الأرضية (الحفر والردم) وأعمال الخرسانات.

3. توريد وتنفيذ خط أنابيب حديدية للغاز المسال قطر (8 بوصة) مع جميع الملحقات والتجهيزات المطلوبة.

4. جميع الصمامات المطلوبة مثل صمامات الفحص، صمامات الطوارئ، صمامات الأمان، إلخ.

5. جميع الأجهزة المطلوبة مثل مؤشر درجة الحرارة ومؤشر الضغط ومؤشر التدفق وما إلى ذلك.

6. نظام حماية التأريض والحماية المهبطية.

7. أعمال الدهانات.

8. أعمال الكشف والاختبار.

على الشركات المتخصصة في هذا المجال والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانية الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للعطاء تقديم المستندات التالية:

ملف الشركة ويحتوي على طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا ومستندات التسجيل في ليبيا (عقد التأسيس -النظام الأساسي -مستخرج رسمي من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول -رخصة مزاولة النشاط سارية المفعول -إثبات القيد بالغرفة التجارية -شهادة إثبات سداد الضريبة سارية المفعول).

الوضع المالي للشركة لآخر ثلاث سنوات مالية.

شهائد الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع مشابهة لمجال العمل المطلوب.

قائمة بالكادر الفني والآليات والمعدات المقترحة لتنفيذ المشروع.

بيان بعنوان الشركة الرئيسي وفروعها وأرقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الإلكتروني وموقع الشركة بشبكة المعلومات الدولية.

تقدم جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية ونسخة الكترونية.

يسمح للشركات غير المسجلة في ليبيا بالمشاركة في العطاء شريطة ان تتوفر فيها الشروط المالية والفنية المذكورة بهذا الإعلان مع تقديم تعهد بان تقوم بالتسجيل لدى الجهات المختصة بالدولة الليبية وتقديم المستندات القانونية في مدة أقصاها ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ اخطارها بنية الترسية عليها.

ملاحظات هامة:

سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.

تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.

الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً

للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company intends to announce the above-mentioned project for the pre-qualifications, for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC Contract) of a new LPG pipeline between LPG terminal and the Jetty in Tobruk in approximate length (4110.5 Meter). In according to the scope of work which is summarized in the following items:

1. Engineering and design works.

2. Civil works such as surveying, earthling works and concrete works.

3. Supply and implement a new (8-inch) LPG pipeline diameter with all the required accessories and fittings.

4. All required valves such as check valves, emergency isolation valves, pressure safety valves, etc.

5. All required instrumentations such as temperature indicator, pressure indicator, flow indicator etc.

6. Earthling and cathode protection system.

7. Painting works.

8. Testing and inspection works.

Companies possessing relevant experience and registered in Libya with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:

 Provide organisation’s articles of incorporationa cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).

 Provide the financial status for the last three years.

 Provide previous experience of similar works.

 Provide the list of technical crew and company’s equipment.

 Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email and website address.

 Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.

 Companies that are not registered in Libya are permitted to participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the financial and technical conditions mentioned on this announcement, with submitting a pledge to register with the competent authorities in the Libyan state to submit the required documents within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of notification of intention to award.

 Important Notes:

o Dealing within officially assigned representatives only.

o Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega’s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.

o The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 PM on Monday 22/03/2022.

Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.
