Pre-Qualification Announcement to Supply Truck Tractors

تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن القيام بالتأهيل المسبق لطرح عطاء توريد شاحنات رؤوس جر وذلك طبقاً لمجال العمل الذي يتلخص في البنود التالية:

• توريد عدد (20) شاحنات رؤوس جر 6X4 تشغيل قاسى (HEAVY DUTY) لجر شبه المقطورات الخاصة بالوقود السائل والغاز المسال على الطرق الوعرة والمعبدة.

– محرك ديزل تشغيل قاسى ذو(6) أسطوانات تصنيف (يورو 2 او يورو 3).

– صندوق سرعات عادى (16) سرعة مختلفة.

– قمرة مزدوجة حجم كبير مزودة بسريرين.

على الشركات المتخصصة في تصنيع مثل هذه الشاحنات والوكلاء المعتمدين للشركات المصنعة والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانيات الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة التقدم للتأهيل المسبق وتقديم ملف يتضمن المستندات التالية:

‌أ. المستندات القانونية:

*طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا

*عقد تأسيس الشركة.

*شهائد تسجيل الشركة لدى الدولة الام على ان تكون معتمدة من السفارة الليبية بتلك الدولة.

*عنوان الشركة متضمنا ارقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الالكتروني وموقع الشركة على شبكة المعلومات الدولية.

‌ب. المستندات المالية:

*الوضع المالي للشركة خلال الثلاث سنوات الأخيرة مصدق عليه من مكتب مراجع قانوني.

*رسالة توصية من المصرف الرئيسي الذي تتعامل معه الشركة يتم التأكيد فيها على سلامة العمليات المصرفية للشركة.

‌ج. المستندات التجارية:

*تقرير مفصل يتضمن نشاط الشركة خلال الثلاث سنوات الأخيرة وأسماء الشركات التي تم التعامل معها في السابق مدعومة بمراجع منها.

*شهادة الجودة والتفتيش للشركة المصنعة.

*ملاحظات هامة:

* تقديم جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية والكترونية.

*سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.

*تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.

*الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

*سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط والمستندات المطلوبة.

آخر موعد لتقديم المستندات الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم الاثنين الموافق 06/06/2022م

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification to supply truck tractors in accordance to the scope of work that is summarized in the following essential items:

• Supply of (20) truck tractors 6×4 heavy duty to be operated for transporting L.P.G and fuel semitrailers.

– Six cylinders heavy-duty diesel engine (Euro 2 or Euro 3) classification.

– Manual transmission gearbox with 16 different speeds.

– Large size compartment, high cabin with (2) beds.

Therefore, Companies specialized in manufacturing of such trucks and authorized agents that have possessing relevant experience , technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply similar this trucks and provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions :

Legal Documents:

 Provide organisation’s articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender addressed to high tender committee.

 Company’s Memorandum of Association.

 Company’s registration certificates at company’s homeland certified by the Libyan Embassy.

 Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, Emails and website address.

A. Financial Documents

 Provide the financial status for the last three years authenticated by a legal auditor.

 A recommendation letter from the company’s main bank confirming the integrity of the company’s banking operations.

B. Commercial Documents

 Full detailed report showing company’s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from them (References).

 Company’s Quality Control and Inspection Certificates.

 Important Notes:

 Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy.

 Dealing within officially assigned representative only.

 Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega’s Financial department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.

 The invitation to participate in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for qualified companies through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

 Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Monday 06/06/2022.
