Pre-Qualification Announcement to Supply semitrailers and Bobtails Trucks for carrying (L.P.G)

تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن القيام بالتأهيل المسبق لطرح عطاء توريد شاحنات وشبه مقطورات لنقل الغاز النفطي المسال وذلك طبقاً لمجال العمل الذي يتلخص في البنود التالية:

1- توريد عدد ( 10 ) شبه مقطورة تشغيل قاسى لنقل الغاز المسال حمولة (32,000 لتر) بجميع ملحقاتها الضرورية.

2- توريد عدد (2) شاحنات تشغيل قاسى (HEAVY DUTY)4×2 بمحرك ديزل تصنيف (يورو 2 او يورو 3) مجهزة بخزان نقل الغاز النفطي المسال (L.P.G) حمولة (14,000 لتر) متضمن جميع المعدات والملحقات الضرورية مثل (مضخة تفريغ الغاز، صمامات الأمان، عداد حساب الكمية وغيرها).

3- توريد عدد (2) شاحنات تشغيل قاسى (HEAVY DUTY) 6×4 بمحرك ديزل تصنيف (يورو 2 او يورو 3) مجهزة بخزان نقل الغاز النفطي المسال (L.P.G) حمولة (20,000لتر) متضمن جميع المعدات والملحقات الضرورية مثل (مضخة تفريغ الغاز، صمامات الأمان، عداد حساب الكمية وغيرها).

على الشركات المتخصصة في تصنيع مثل هذه الأليات والوكلاء المعتمدين للشركات المصنعة والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانيات الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة التقدم للتأهيل المسبق وتقديم ملف يتضمن المستندات التالية:

‌أ. المستندات القانونية:

*طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا

*عقد تأسيس الشركة.

*شهائد تسجيل الشركة لدى الدولة الام على ان تكون معتمدة من السفارة الليبية بتلك الدولة.

*عنوان الشركة متضمنا ارقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الالكتروني وموقع الشركة على شبكة المعلومات الدولية.

‌ب. المستندات المالية:

*الوضع المالي للشركة خلال الثلاث سنوات الأخيرة مصدق عليه من مكتب مراجع قانوني.

*رسالة توصية من المصرف الرئيسي الذي تتعامل معه الشركة يتم التأكيد فيها على سلامة العمليات المصرفية للشركة.

‌ج. المستندات التجارية:

*تقرير مفصل يتضمن نشاط الشركة خلال الثلاث سنوات الأخيرة وأسماء الشركات التي تم التعامل معها في السابق مدعومة بمراجع منها.

*شهادة الجودة والتفتيش للشركة المصنعة.

*ملاحظات هامة:

*تقديم جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية والكترونية.

*سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.

*تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.

*الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

*سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط والمستندات المطلوبة.

آخر موعد لتقديم المستندات الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 07/06/2022م

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces the prequalification to supply semitrailers and Bobtails for carrying (L.P.G) in accordance to the scope of work that is summarized in the following essential items:

1- Supply of (10) heavy-duty L.P.G semitrailers capacity (32000 Litter) with all necessary accessories.

2- Supply of (2) heavy- duty 4×2 Bobtail trucks, the truck shall be (Euro 2 or Euro 3) classification, equipped with L.P.G storage tank capacity (14,000 litter) and shall equipped with all necessary accessories such as (unloading pump, safety valves, metering system …etc.).

3- Supply of (2) heavy- duty 6×4 Bobtail trucks, the truck shall be (Euro 2 or Euro 3) classification, equipped with L.P.G storage tank capacity (20,000 litter) and shall equipped with all necessary accessories such as (unloading pump, safety valves, metering system …etc.).

Therefore, Companies specialized in manufacturing of such equipments and authorized agents that have possessing relevant experience , technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to supply similar this equipments ,provide this tender by submitting their files for prequalification according to the following terms and conditions :

A. Legal Documents:

 Provide organisation’s articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender addressed to high tender committee.

 Company’s Memorandum of Association.

 Company’s registration certificates at company’s homeland certified by the Libyan Embassy.

 Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, Emails and website address.

B. Financial Documents

 Provide the financial status for the last three years authenticated by a legal auditor.

 A recommendation letter from the company’s main bank confirming the integrity of the company’s banking operations.

C. Commercial Documents

 Full detailed report showing company’s commercial activities during the last three years and a list of the company clients with supporting letters from them (References).

 Company’s Quality Control and Inspection Certificates.

 Important Notes:

 Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and Softcopy.

 Dealing within officially assigned representative only.

 Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Braga’s Financial department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.

 The invitation to participate in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for qualified companies through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

 Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 07/06/2022.
