تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن التأهيل المسبق لعطاء توريد مضخات تزويد مركزية لاستخدامها لمناولة وقود الطيران في مستودعات المطارات وفقا للمواصفة:

B73.1 ASME (ANSI)  على النحو التالي :

1-       عدد 4 مضخات 10”X8” افقية، مرحلة واحدة كاملة بالمحرك.

2-       عدد 4 مضخات 8”X6” افقية، مرحلة واحدة كاملة بالمحرك.

3-       عدد 3 مضخات 6”X4” افقية، مرحلة واحدة كاملة بالمحرك.

على الشركات المتخصصة المصنعة ووكلاء الشركات المصنعة المعتمدين في هذا المجال والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانية الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للعطاء تقديم المستندات التالية:

·         ملف الشركة ويحتوي على طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا ومستندات التسجيل في ليبيا (عقد التأسيس -النظام الأساسي -مستخرج رسمي من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول -رخصة مزاولة النشاط سارية المفعول -إثبات القيد بالغرفة التجارية -شهادة إثبات سداد الضريبة سارية المفعول).

·         الوضع المالي للشركة.

·         شهائد الخبرة السابقة في توريد المضخات وقائمة بالزبائن التي تم التعامل معها في السابق.

·         بيان بعنوان الشركة الرئيسي وفروعها وأرقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الإلكتروني وموقع الشركة بشبكة المعلومات الدولية.

·         جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية ونسخة الكترونية.

·         يسمح للشركات غير المسجلة في ليبيا بالمشاركة في العطاء شريطة ان تتوفر فيها الشروط المالية والفنية المذكورة بهذا الإعلان مع تقديم تعهد بان تقوم بالتسجيل لدى الجهات المختصة بالدولة الليبية تقديم المستندات القانونية في مدة أقصاها ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ اخطارها بنية الترسية عليها.

• ملاحظات هامة:

* سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.

* تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية بطريق المطار.

* الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

آخر موعد لتقديم المستندات الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم الاحد الموافق 18/06/2023م

سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط والمستندات المطلوبة.

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announce a pre-qualification import Heavy Duty Centrifugal Pumps for Jet Fuel Handling at Brega Depots according to:

ASME (ASNI) B73.1 as following:

1-No.4 Centrifugal Pumps 10”x 8”, Horizontal, Single Stage Complete unit with Motor & Plate.

2-No.4 Centrifugal Pumps 8”x 6”, Horizontal, Single Stage Complete unit with Motor & Plate.

3-No.3 Centrifugal Pumps 6”x 4”, Horizontal, Single Stage Complete unit with Motor & Plate.

Manufacturers and official agents possessing relevant experience with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:

• Provide organisation’s articles of incorporationa cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).
• Provide the financial status.
• Provide previous experience of similar work with list of previous clients.
• Full address of the company headquarters and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email, and website address.
• Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.
• Companies that are not registered in Libya are permitted to participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the financial and technical conditions mentioned on this announcement, with submitting a pledge to register with the competent authorities in the Libyan state to submit the required documents within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of notification of intention to award.

• Important Notes

• HTC will deal only within officially assigned representative.
• Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Financial Department Building, Tripoli Airport Road
• The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 pm on Sunday 18/06/2023.

Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.
