Announcement of pre-qualification for the tender of a draft technical support agreement in the field of aviation
تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن التأهيل المسبق لعطاء مشروع اتفاقية الدعم الفني في مجال مناولة وقود الطيران من مصادر التزويد الى الطائرات وذلك طبقاً لمجال العمل والذي يتلخص في التالي: –
تقديم كافة الإستشارات والدعم الفني والمعرفة وأحدث التقنيات التي تخص مواصفات وجودة ومناولة وقود الطيران
تقديم أفضل الطرق لتوريد وتخزين وتسويق وتوزيع وجودة وقود الطيران بالمستودعات.
القيام بزيارة للتفتيش على التسهيلات والمعدات المستخدمة في تخزين ومناولة وقود الطيران لجميع المستودعات وتقديم تقرير متضمن الملاحظات الفنية والتوصيات الازمة لتحسين الخدمات بهذا المجال.
التدريب.
المطبوعات (النشرات).
على الشركات المتخصصة في هذا المجال والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانية الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للعطاء تقديم المستندات التالية:
ملف الشركة ويحتوي على طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا ومستندات التسجيل في ليبيا (عقد التأسيس -النظام الأساسي -مستخرج رسمي من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول -رخصة مزاولة النشاط سارية المفعول -إثبات القيد بالغرفة التجارية -شهادة إثبات سداد الضريبة سارية المفعول).
الوضع المالي للشركة.
شهائد الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ أعمال مشابهة لمجال العمل المطلوب.
بيان بعنوان الشركة الرئيسي وفروعها وأرقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الإلكتروني وموقع الشركة بشبكة المعلومات الدولية.
جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية ونسخة الكترونية.
يسمح للشركات غير المسجلة في ليبيا بالمشاركة في العطاء شريطة ان تتوفر فيها الشروط المالية والفنية المذكورة بهذا الإعلان مع تقديم تعهد بان تقوم بالتسجيل لدى الجهات المختصة بالدولة الليبية وتقديم المستندات القانونية في مدة أقصاها ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ اخطارها بنية الترسية عليها.
ملاحظات هامة:
سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.
تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.
الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.
آخر موعد لتقديم المستندات الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم الأربعاء الموافق 15/03/2023م
سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط والمستندات المطلوبة.
Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces a pre-qualification for the tender of a draft technical support agreement in the field of handling of aviation fuel from storage depots to aircrafts. In according to the scope of work which is summarised in the following:
Providing all consultations, technical support, knowledge and the latest technologies related to specifications, quality, and handling of aviation fuel.
Providing the best methods of supply, storage, marketing, distribution and quality of aviation fuel in depots.
Carry out a service visit to inspect the facilities and equipments used to storage and handling aviation fuel in all depots and submit a report concerning technical observations and recommendations necessary to enhance services in this field.
Training.
Publications (bulletin).
Companies possessing relevant experience and registered in Libya with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:
Provide organisation’s articles of incorporationa cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).
Provide the financial status.
Provide previous experience of similar works.
Full address of the company headquarters and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email, and website address.
Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.
Companies that are not registered in Libya are permitted to participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the financial and technical conditions mentioned on this announcement, with submitting a pledge to register with the competent authorities in the Libyan state to submit the required documents within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of notification of intention to award.
Important Notes
HTC will deal only within officially assigned representative.
Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega’s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.
The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.
The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 PM on Wednesday

Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected.
