تعلــن شركـة البريقـة لتسويـق النفــط عـن التأهيل لمسبــق لعطــاء مشــروع مد خط انبوب خاص بمنتج الغاز المسال يربط بين الرصيف النفطي بميناء طبرق و مستودع طبرق. Extending A Pipeline For The Liquefied Gas Linking The Oil Berth To Tobruk Depot))

طبقـاً لمجـال العمل الذي يتلخــص في البنـود الأساسية التالــية:

الأعمـــــال المدنيــة متضمنة :
الأعمال الهندسية متضمنة التصاميم الهندسية و الخرائط .
أعمال الحفر والردم لمسار الخط شاملة الدعائم الخرسانية للخط.
أعمـــــــال التوريــــد و التركيـب والاختبار والتشغيل :
توريد وتركيب منظومة الأنابيب مع الربط بالتسهيلات القائمة شاملة كافة الملحقات من صمامات بأنواعها و وصلات ربط وأجهزة حماية وأجهزة قياس وغيرها.
إجراء الاختبارات الهيروستاتيكية والاختبارات الغير هدامة NDT .
إجراء اعمال الاختبارات اللازمة متضمنة أعمال (Purging) للخط .
توريد وتنفيذ اعمال الطلاء والتغليف حسب المواصفات .
توريد وتركيب منظومة الحماية المهبطية اللازمة .
إجراء أعمال التشغيل الأولى للخط.
أعمال تنظيف الموقع ونقل المخلفات للمقالب العمومية .

ملاحظـات هامــة :
علــي الشركـات المتقدمة للتأهيل المسبق أخذ العلم بأن تـوريـد المعـدات اللازمة للمشـروع تتم من خلال قائمـة الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين لدى الشركـة (( Approval Vender list أو بمعرفتها وموافقتها المسبقة.
يتم تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المذكورة بمجال العمل وفق الشروط و المواصفات و الرسومات و التصاميم الفنية المرفقة بكراسة الشروط.
سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة .
تسلم المستندات إلي أمين سر لجنة سجل قيد الموردين و المقاولين بشركة البريقة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائـن بمبني الإدارة / بشارع الشيخ – النوفليين – طرابلس .
الدعـوة للمشاركة في العطاء و تسليم كراسة المواصفات و الشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم و نتائج التأهيل .
أخـر موعد لتقديم المستندات نهاية يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 20/04/2021م و سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط و المستندات المطلوبة .

Pre-qualification Announcement

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces for a pre-qualification for a project of (Extending an (8″ ∅) pipeline for LPG transfer with total length of 4km in approx.
Project execution shall be according to the prepared scope of work and requirements which are summarized in the following essential items:
Execution of all engineering works (designing ,DWGs..etc).
Supplying and implementation of civil works, including the excavation and backfilling of the line’s path, concrete supports shall also be constructed.
Mechanical works includes, supplying and installation of the piping system with connecting to the existing facilities. All necessary accessories such as valves, flanges, measuring devices, cothodic protection devices shall be included.
Hydrostatic and NDT tests.
Purging and testing works for the project.
Supplying and implementation of painting and coating works according to the specifications.
Supplying and installation of the necessary cathodic protection system.
Pre-commissioning for the pipeline.
Site cleaning and waste transfer to public dumps.

Important Notes:
Companies applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that Supplying of all required material and equipment for project execution shall be through out the approved vendor list or through out a written pre-acceptance by Brega company
all required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to specifications ,DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure.
Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company.
Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the Suppliers Registration Committee, in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company /Suppliers Registration Committee located at Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area , Tripoli .
Invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works.
Closing date of documents receiving for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Tuesday 20th April 2021.
