Announcement of Pre-Qualification to Supply and Install Self Supported Communication Towers in Tripoli and Tobruk

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces a pre-qualification for supplying and installing of (3) Self Supported Communication Towers in both Tripoli and Tobruk cities. In according to the scope of work which is summarized in the following:

1.Supply and Install Self Supported Communication Towers in a height of 45 Meters.

2.Two communication Towers in the city of Tripoli located at (Financial main building site at Airport Road – Draiby’s Warehouse site).

3.One communication Tower in the city of Tobruk at (Stations Office).

4.Civil works, Mechanical works and all necessary connections.

5.Electrical works and Earthing system.

6.Steel fence works surrounding the towers.

7.Installing communication equipment works.

8.All required tests in according to the technical speciation and international standards.

Companies possessing relevant experience and registered in Libya with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:

•Provide organization’s articles of incorporation cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).

•Provide the financial status for the last three years.

•Provide previous experience of similar works.

•Provide the list of technical crew and company’s equipment.

•Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email and website address.

•Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.

•Companies that are not registered in Libya are permitted to participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the financial and technical conditions mentioned on this announcement, with submitting a pledge to register with the competent authorities in the Libyan state to submit the required documents within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of notification of intention to award.

Important Notes

*HTC will deal only within officially assigned representative.

*Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Braga Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Braga’s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.

*The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 PM on Sunday 06th March 2022.
