تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن تأهيل مسبق لعطاء توريد وتركيب منظومة اتصال لاسلكى رقمى (DMR)وذلك طبقاً لمجال العمل والذي يتلخص في البنود الأساسية التالية:-

-توريد وتركيب منظومة اتصال لاسلكى رقمى (DMR) MHz (460-450) في النطاق الترددى فى المنطقة الشرقية بالمواقع الاتية :-

بنغازى – -طبرق- مرسى البريقة -السرير ويتم ربط بين هذه المواقع عبر الانترنت ونظم

فعلى الشركات المحلية والمتخصصة في هذا المجال والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانية الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للعطاء تقديم المستندات التالية:

* ملف الشركة ويحتوي على طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات العليا ومستندات التسجيل سارية المفعول في ليبيا (عقد التأسيس -النظام الأساسي -مستخرج رسمي من السجل التجاري -رخصة مزاولة النشاط -إثبات القيد بالغرفة التجارية -شهادة إثبات السداد الضريبي).

* الوضع المالي للشركة.

* شهائد الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع مشابهة لمجال العمل المطلوب مدعومة برسائل من الجهات التي تم التعامل معها في السابق.

* قائمة بالكادر الفني و المعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.

* بيان بعنوان الشركة الرئيسي وفروعها وأرقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الإلكتروني وموقع الشركة بشبكة المعلومات الدولية.

* ملاحظات هامة:

* سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.

* تقدم جميع المستندات المذكورة أعلاه في نسخة ورقية

* تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات العليا في مظروف مغلق عليه اسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات العليا / شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبنى الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.

* الدعوة للمشاركة في العطاء وتسليم كراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

آخر موعد لتقديم المستندات الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم الاحد الموافق 08/05/2023م

سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط والمستندات المطلوبة

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company intends to announce for prequalification to Supply and install of a digital wireless communication system (DMR) in according to the the scope of work which is summarized in the following essential items:-

-Supply and installation of a digital wireless communication system (DMR (450-460)) MHz in the eastern region in the following locations:-

Benghazi-Topruk-Marsa brega-Esreer

These sites are linked via the Internet and hardware and systems of manual, fixed and mobile devices and re-stations.

Local and specialized companies possessing relevant experience with technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project by submitting their files for the pre-qualification according to the following terms and conditions:

* Provide organisation’s articles of incorporationa cover letter expressing of interest to participate in the tender and the documents for the registration in Libya (Official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office, valid business license and valid tax clearance certificate).

* Provide the financial status.

* Provide previous experience of similar works supported with references.

* Provide the list of technical crews and company’s equipment.

* Full address of the company headquarter and its branches, telephone, Fax numbers, email and website address.

* Provide all above-mentioned documents in a hardcopy and a softcopy.

* Important Notes:

* Dealing within officially assigned representatives only.

* Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the High Tenders Committee in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company/High Tenders Committee, located at Tripoli International Airport Road, Brega’s Finance department building, Tripoli, near Tripoli Oil Terminal.

* The invitation of participation in the tender and handing-over specification and general terms and conditions documents only for companies that found qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation result.

The deadline to submit files is at 12:00 PM on Monday 08 / 05/ 2023

Submitted files without the required documents will be rejected
