تعلــن شركـة البريقـة لتسويـق النفــط عـن التأهيـــل المسبــق لعطــاء مشــروع ( انشاء عدد 2 خزان ديزل بسقف ثابت وخزان بنزين بسقف متحرك بسعة تخزينية (7000) طن متري لكل خزان بمستودع مرسي البريقة) ، حسب مجال العمل الذي يتلخص في البنود الاساسية التالية :

تنفيذ جميع الاعمال الهندسية متضمنة الرسومات الفنية و الخرائط الهندسية.

توريد وتنفيذ الاعمال المدنية شاملة اعمال التصريف والربط بالمنظومة الرئيسية.

تنفيذ الاعمال الميكانيكية متضمنة اعمال توريد وتركيب صفائح القاع والجدار والسقف وملحقاتهم شاملة صمامات الدخول والخروج وأجهزة القياس وغيرها من الملحقات .

توريد وتركيب الأنابيب وملحقاتها شاملة الربط بمنظومة الانابيب الرئيسية.

اعمال توريد وتركيب منظومة الإطفاء حسب مجال العمل.

اعمال توريد وتركيب الاعمال الكهربائية.

توريد وتنفيذ اعمال الطلاء حسب المواصفات .

توريد وتركيب منظومة الحماية المهبطية .

تنفيذ أعمال التأريض وإجراء المعايرة .

إجراء أعمال الاختبارات اللازمة للمشروع .

أعمال تنظيف الموقع ونقل المخلفات للمقالب العمومية.

ملاحظـات هامــة :

علــي الشركـات المتقدمة للتأهيل المسبق أخذ العلم بأن تـوريـد جميـع المعـدات لزوم إنهاء المشـروع ستكون من خلال قائمـة الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين لدي الشركـة (( Approved Vender List او بمعرفتها وموافقتها المسبقة.

يتم تنفيذ جميع الاعمال المذكورة بمجال العمل وفق الشروط و المواصفات و الرسومات و التصاميم الفنية المرفقة بكراسة الشروط.

سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة .

تسلم المستندات إلي أمين سر لجنة سجل قيد الموردين و المقاولين بشركة البريقة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائـن بمبني الإدارة / بشارع الشيخ – النوفليين – طرابلس .

الدعـوة للمشاركة في العطاء و تسليم كراسة المواصفات و الشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة و فقاً للتقييم و نتائج التأهيل .

أخـر موعد لتقديم المستندات نهاية يوم الاحد الموافق 16/05/2021 و سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط و المستندات المطلوبة .

Pre- Qualification Announcement

Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces for a pre-qualification for

Project of (construction of (2) new gasoil fuel tanks with fixed roof and (1) gasoline fuel tank with floating roof with capacity of (7,000 MT) for each tank, at the Marsa El-Brega Terminal. Tank construction shall be according to the latest (API 650) specifications, and as per scope of work which is summarized in following essential items:

Execution for all engineering works, including engineering DWGs.

Supplying and implementing for civil works, including draining system with connecting to the main system.

Execution of Mechanical works including supplying and installation of the steel sheets for bottom, shell and roof with all necessary accessories, and all isolating valves, and others.

Supplying and installation of pipes with all necessary accessories. Pipe network shall be connected to the main piping system.

Supplying and installation of the firefighting system according to the S.O.W .

Supplying and installation of electrical works and the level gauging system.

Carrying out all necessary testing work for the project.

Supplying and implementation of paint works according to specifications.

Supply and installation of cathodic protection system.

Execution of grounding and calibration works.

Site cleaning and waste transfer to public dumps .

Important Notes:

Companies applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that all required equipment and material for project execution shall be supplied throughout Brega’s approved vendor list and / or throughout a written pre-acceptance by Brega.

all required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to specifications ,DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure.

Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company.

Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the Suppliers Registration Committee, in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company /Suppliers Registration Committee located at Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area , Tripoli .

Invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works.

Closing date of documents receiving for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Tuesday 16th May 2021.
