اعلان عن تمديد فترة التأهيل المسبق لمشروع
تعلــن شركـة البريقـة لتسويـق النفــط عـن تمديد فترة التأهيـل المسبــق لعطــاء مشــروع ( تنصيب وحدات تعبئة أسطوانات غاز دوارة ) ( LPG Filling Carousels ) بالمواقع التالية ( الزنتان ، صبراتة ، القيقب ) طبقـاً لمجـال العمل الذي تلخــص في البنـود الأساسية التالــية :
الأعمـــــال المدنيــة متضمنة :
تجهيز و تشطيب ساحة المناولة و المنصة الخاصة بوحدة التعبئة
إنشاء مبني خاص بورشة صيانة إسطوانات الغاز .
إنشاء حوض خرساني للخزانات و قواعد تثبيت الخزانات
إنشاء مبني إداري و مبني خاص بإستراحة العاملين
إنشاء الجدار الخارجي و مبني البوابة الرئيسية
إنشاء حجرة خاصة بالمولد الكهربائي و مضلات حفظ المعدات
إنشاء خزانات لمياه الشرب و أخري لتجميع مياه الأمطار و خزانات للصرف الصحي
أعمـــــــال التوريــــد و التركيـب والاختبار والتشغيل :
توريد و تركيب واختبار وتشغيل وحدة تعبئة أسطوانات غاز دوارة مزودة بعدد (24) آلة تعبئة الكترونية بكامل ملحقاتها لزوم تشغيلها.
ملاحظـات هامــة :
المستندات المطلوبة للتأهيل المسبق هي ملف متكامل للشركة (قانوني ، مالي ، فني) مع أرفاق رسالة ابداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجهة الى لجنة قيد سجل المقاولين والموردين .
الشركات المسجلة والمؤهلة مسبقاً لدى لجنة قيد سجل المقاولين والموردين تكتفي بإرسال رسالة ابداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجهة الى لجنة قيد سجل المقاولين والموردين.
علــي الشركـات المتقدمة للتأهيل المسبق أخذ العلم بأن تـوريـد جميـع المعـدات لزوم إنهاء المشـروع ستكون من خلال قائمـة الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين لدي الشركـة (( Approved Vender List او بمعرفتها وموافقتها المسبقة.
يتم تنفيذ جميع الاعمال المذكورة بمجال العمل وفق الشروط و المواصفات و الرسومات و التصاميم الفنية المرفقة بكراسة الشروط.
سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة .
تسلم المستندات إلي أمين سر لجنة سجل قيد الموردين و المقاولين بشركة البريقة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائـن بمبني الإدارة / بشارع الشيخ – النوفليين – طرابلس .
الدعـوة للمشاركة في العطاء و تسليم كراسة المواصفات و الشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم و نتائج التأهيل .
أخـر موعد لتقديم المستندات نهاية يوم الخميس الموافق 20/05/2021 و سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط و المستندات المطلوبة .
Extension for Pre-Qualification Announcement
Brega Petroleum Marketing Company intends to extend the pre-qualification announcement for the project (Erection of a complete LPG filling Carousels) according to the scope of work, which summarized in following essential items:
CIVIL WORKS:
Construction of carousel’s platforms and handling area.
Construction of the LPG equipment workshop building .
Construction of LPG tank foundation and bund walls.
Construction of administration building and employee lounge.
Construction of main wall and main gate.
Construction of steel sun shades and gen-set room.
Construction of Drainage system and water tanks.
SUPPLYING,INSTALLATION,COMMISIONNING & START UP WORKS:
Supplying ,installation , commissioning & start up works for( 3) LPG Filling carousels with 24 filling scale each with all necessary equipment and accessories.
Important Notes:
The required documents for pre-qualification are an integrated company file (legal, financial, and technical), company’s file shall be attached with an official letter expressing the desire and interesting in participating in the bid , addressed to the Committee Registering of Contractors and Suppliers.
Companies that have submitted their file for registration to the Contractor and Supplier Registry Committee are sufficed to send a letter expressing their desire to participate in the bid addressed to the Contractor and Supplier Registration Committee.
Companies applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that all required equipment and material for project execution shall be supplied throughout Brega’s approved vendor list and / or throughout a written pre-acceptance by Brega.
All required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to specifications, DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure.
Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company.
Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the Suppliers Registration Committee, in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company /Suppliers Registration Committee located at Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area , Tripoli .
Invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works.
Closing date of documents receiving for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Sunday 02 May 2021.
