عـن التأهيـــل المسبــق لعطــاء مشــروع ( توريد وتركيب برجي اتصالات ) Supplying and Installation of Two Communication Towers ))

مواقع ( طبرق و طرابلس )
طبقـاً لمجـال العمل الذي يتلخــص في البنود الأساسية التالــية:
اجراء اختبارات التربة واختبارات الخرسانة.
تكون كل التصاميم والمواصفات للقواعد الخرسانية طبقا للمواصفة ((ACI 318-11.
اعمال حفر القواعد والتسوية ونقل التربة وتوريدها والردم وتسوية الموقع .
انشاء قواعد حديدية وخوابير وقواعد البرج وصب الخرسانة العادية والمسلحة .
توريد وتركيب برج معدني ذاتي الارتكاز بارتفاع (45) متر يشمل السلم والاستراحات ومانع الصواعق والانارة الارشادية .
توريد وتركيب شبكة تأريض وان لا تتعدى مقاومتها (5) اوم .
توريد وتركيب سياج حديدي بارتفاع (1) متر وقاعدة خرسانية بارتفاع (30) سم حول البرج.
توريد وتركيب حامل كوابل بعرض (30) سم وبطول ( 30) متر .
توريد طبقة من الركام داخل سياج قاعدة البرج
ملاحظـات هامــة
علــي الشركـات المتقدمة للتأهيل المسبق أخذ العلم بأن تـوريـد جميـع المعـدات لزوم إنهاء المشـروع ستكون من خلال قائمـة الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين لدي الشركـة (( Approved Vender List او بمعرفتها وموافقتها المسبقة.
يتم تنفيذ جميع الاعمال المذكورة بمجال العمل وفق الشروط و المواصفات و الرسومات و التصاميم الفنية المرفقة بكراسة الشروط.
سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة .
تسلم المستندات إلي أمين سر لجنة سجل قيد الموردين و المقاولين بشركة البريقة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائـن بمبني الإدارة / بشارع الشيخ – النوفليين – طرابلس .
الدعـوة للمشاركة في العطاء و تسليم كراسة المواصفات و الشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم و نتائج التأهيل .
أخـر موعد لتقديم المستندات نهاية يوم الاحد الموافق 02/05/2021 و سيتم استبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط و المستندات المطلوبة .
Pre-Qualification Announcement
Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces for a pre-qualification for a project of (Supplying and Installation of Two Communication Towers at (Tobruk & Tripoli).
Project execution shall be according to the prepared scope of work and Brega requirements which are summarized in the following essential items:
Execute soil and concrete tests.
All designs and specifications for concrete foundation shall be according to ACI 318-11 Standard.
Excavation works, levelling, soil transfer and soil supply for backfilling and levelling works for the site.
Constructing of Steel foundation, bolts, tower foundation and casting works for normal and reinforced concrete .
Supplying and installation of metal tower self balanced with 45 meters height, including the ladder, rests, lightning Rod and guidance lights.
Supplying and installation of grounding system (System resistance shall not exceed 5 ohm.
Supplying and installation of metal fence with 1 meter height and concrete base with 30 cm height all around the tower.
Supplying and installation of cables trunks of 30 cm width and 30 meters length.
Supplying of layer of aggregate inside tower fence.
Important Notes:
Companies applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that all required equipment and material for project execution shall be supplied throughout Brega’s approved vendor list and / or throughout a written pre-acceptance by Brega.
All required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to specifications, DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure.
Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company.
Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the Suppliers Registration Committee, in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company /Suppliers Registration Committee located at Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area , Tripoli .
Invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works.
Closing date for receiving documents for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Sunday 02nd May/ 2021.
