تعلــن شركـة البريقـة لتسويـق النفــط
عـن التأهيـــل المسبــق لعطــاء مشــروع ( توريد وتركيب الحماية المهبطية لخطوط الأنابيب بالشركة) بمواقع الشركة المختلفة (طرابلس – الزاوية- طبرق – رأس المنقار) طبقـاً لمجـال العمل الذي تلخــص في البنـود الأساسية التالــية :
حفر أبار بأعماق تتراوح من (50 الي 150) متر تقريبا مع تركيب أنابيب تغليف ليوضع بها الانودات الخاصة بالمنظومات .
توريد وتركيب أنودات للمنظوماتMagnetite Anodes) ) وصناديق التوصيل .
توريد وتركيب محولات (T.R) جديدة وسياج لكل منها .
توريد ومد الكوابل الخاصة بالمنظومات وربطها بصناديق التوصيل .
توريد وتركيب مانعات الشرارة الفلانجات والوصلات العازلة .
القيام بجميع الاختبارات والتجارب الأولية الخاصة بتشغيل المنظومات .
إزالة المحولات الكهربائية وصناديق التوصيل القديمة ونقلها إلي مخازن الشركة.
ملاحظـات هامــة :
علــي الشركـات المتقدمة للتأهيل المسبق أخذ العلم بأن تـوريـد المعـدات اللازمة المشـروع تتم من خلال قائمـة الموردين والمصنعين المعتمدين لدى الشركـة (( Approval Vender list او بمعرفتها وموافقتها المسبقة.
يتم تنفيذ جميع الاعمال المذكورة بمجال العمل وفق الشروط و المواصفات و الرسومات و التصاميم الفنية المرفقة بكراسة الشروط.
سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة .
تسلم المستندات إلي أمين سر لجنة سجل قيد الموردين و المقاولين بشركة البريقة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائـن بمبني الإدارة / بشارع الشيخ – النوفليين – طرابلس .
الدعـوة للمشاركة في العطاء و تسليم كراسة المواصفات و الشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة و فقاً للتقييم و نتائج التأهيل .
أخـر موعد لتقديم المستندات نهاية يوم الاثنين الموافق 10/04/2021
وسيتم إستبعاد أي ملف غير مستوف للشروط و المستندات المطلوبة .
Brega Petroleum Marketing Company announces for a pre-qualification for a project of supplying and installations of cathodic protection system for pipelines network at following main terminals (Tripoli – Al-Zawia – Tobruk – Ras Al-Mengar).
project execution shall be according to the prepared scope of work and requirements which are summarized in the following essential items :
Drilling wells with total depth of (50 to150) M, as approx , well’s casing shall be included to be ready for anodes installations.
Supplying & installation of magnetic anodes and junction boxes.
Supplying & installation of new transformers, each transformer shall be enclosed with fence.
Supplying, laying out and connecting all cables of the system.
Supplying & installation of new spark arrestors and insulating joints.
Execution of commissioning, testing and system start up.
Dismantling of the existing transformers, junction boxes to be transferred to Brega store..
Important Notes:
Companies applied to participate in pre-qualification shall be aware that all Supplying of all required material and equipment for project execution shall be through out the approved vendor list or through out a written pre-acceptance by Brega company
All required works that listed in scope shall be executed according to specifications ,DWGs and requirements that will be attached to the general conditions brochure.
Suppliers Registration Committee, will be restricted to deal with the official authorized representative of the applied company.
Documents shall be submitted to the secretary of the Suppliers Registration Committee, in a sealed envelope addressed to Brega Petroleum Marketing Company /Suppliers Registration Committee located at Ashekh Street, Alnofleen Area , Tripoli .
invitation to the tender will be restricted for companies whom already been qualified through the pre-qualification works.
closing date of documents receiving for pre-qualification will be at the end of day (EOD) on Monday 10th April 2021.
